If for whatever reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 7 days for an exchange or full refund. You are liable for all postage costs for returning and the posting of replacement items.
We will only accept goods back in their original condition. Original tags (where appropriate) must still be attached.
Please ensure you enclose your invoice/receipt, plus a note telling us the problems and what you would like to do and include your full details. If we can’t get hold of you we can’t do anything about the return.
We will endeavour to send out goods/issue refund as soon as possible but please allow 7 days for it all to go through.
All goods MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY THE CUSTOMER on arrival. If goods are unsigned for and later are found to be damaged we will be unable to replace them.
If goods/packing look damaged on receipt, delivery must be signed for "GOODS/PACKAGING DAMAGED" for insurance purposes and for us to be able to send you a replacement.
We will be unable to send a free of charge replacement if goods are not signed for OR are signed for undamaged and later it is claimed they are damaged in transit.
Manufacturing/warrantee faults will of course be dealt with swiftly.
